RETURNS

- All purchases are eligible for a return, with the exception of products that were on sale, personalized, customized, or made to order.
- The products you wish to return must be in its original conditions- unused, and in its original packaging (plastic protection film must be unopened).
- To be valid, refund requests must be placed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Unless there was an error on our end, or the product had some defects, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
REFUNDS

- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
- If the item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
